What is the return policy?
Customers will have to pay shipping and handling for returning the items. Once I have received the item I will issue a refund.

The shipping options are priority or xpresspost these are delivered during business days. Please remember that I can't control the mail once it leaves here so I don't know exactly when it will reach your home the below dates are what I know from the carrier website only there could be delays.

When will I receive my order?
With each product, the customer will receive a tracking number. I will also have access to the shipping number so that I can also make sure that the product is delivered.
What happens if my package gets lost in the mail?
If a customer does not receive their package they are to contact me right away and let me know then I can start tracking down the package or replacing it free of charge to the customer.
Can I make changes to an order I already placed?
Before any orders are complete I will send a picture to double-check if the product is to your liking before I proceed once the product is made it can’t be changed.
what happens if my order is damaged in transit?
If a product is damaged in transit the customer must show proof of the damage and then they can send the package back at that point I will send a new product right away with a unique shipping number so the customer can track it.
will you save my credit card or debit card information once I place an order?
Your card details will NEVER be saved for any reason. your card details will be put into the machine for the payment of your product ONLY your receipt will be printed and placed inside your package along with the invoice

you can pay by calling and doing an over the phone order, through PayPal, debit/credit card and through the website it self.
